Welcome to Headford Wellbeing Centre

....where our main aim is to create a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere where you can take time out to workout or just relax in one of our wide range of classes to suit both men and women from Pilates to strong physical Yoga and Hot Yoga to Yoga for Sports (Men Only), or more gentle Yoga, Meditation and Pregnancy Yoga. We also specialize in Personal Training and in particular Yoga Therapy for Back Problems. Alternatively why not treat yourself to one of our many therapies.

Our studio is a warm and cosy space where you can come to unwind from everyday stresses and re-connect with yourself. At Headford Wellbeing Centre we hope to bring together a community of teachers and students to learn, teach and find inspiration.
